Had an unexpected visitor at our harvest tasting 😄 it went straight for what we call the ‘Fallbrookian Fig’ a wild fig we found that is beautifully shaped and has a fresh white sapote flavor. This is a fig yo

First off the LSU Purple tree ☀️
The outer most parts of this fruit had a refreshing sweetness, while the darker center was like a spoonful of sugar dashed with (what I can only liken to)a cinnamon spice.
